Another unique service offered by Scruffs is Hair Replacement for both men and women. Jon Chapman the Salon Director and founder of Scruffs, specialises in this field and with 25 years experience he can offer his clients the very best in quality and service.
On the top floor of the salon, his studio with its walls lined with a mass of hairpieces, different styles, colours and lengths, is a sight to see! The majority of his clients are undergoing chemotherapy and as you can imagine the thought of losing your hair is devastating.
Jon's mission is to convince his clients that his hair replacement systems are so natural that when they actually loose their hair, they can put on the replacement piece and get on with their lives. Although this is a very serious business Jon makes it a lot of fun, listening, counselling and encouraging his clients.
All Jon's hairpieces are cut and personalised to suit each and everyone of his clients. Jon's hairpieces are also purchased as a fashion accessory, so if someone wishes to change their colour or style, they can wear the wig to achieve the look. Hairpieces today are extremely versatile and so easy to maintain.
